I have examined the kitten and I am satisfied with the condition and health at the time of sale.
I understand that this kitten is not to be used for breeding and is registered on the Non-Active list.
By signing this agreement I am under contract to have the kitten Neutered/Spayed by 6 months of age and on confirmation of this by either receipt or letter from my vet to the breeder my kittens registration papers will be forwarded to me.
I also understand that to ensure Spaying/Neutering is carried out I am leaving £50 deposit which will only be returned to me on proof of this being supplied.
I agree to take good care of the cat and will ensure it receives any treatment that may be necessary to keep it in good health.
